WELCOME

The mission of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Homeowners' Association is to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Estates neighborhoods and to enhance the quality of life and property values for the residents.
 
BV-WHA is defined by the area bordered on the west by Randol Mill Road and on the south by John T. White Road. It also includes all properties on Racquet Club Drive and all properties on Hasten Court, Waterchase Drive, Waterchase Circle, and Claycourt Circle.
