The mission of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Homeowners' Association is to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Estates neighborhoods and to enhance the quality of life and property values for the residents.

BV-WHA Yard-of-the-Month

BV-WHA partners with Calloway's Nursery for our Yard-of-the-Month (YOM) program. Members of BV-WHA receive monthly gardening tips from Calloway's. Only those homeowners whose membership dues are current are eligible for consideration for Yard-of-the-Month. The June 2010 recipient is 850 Hunters Glen Trail. The homeowner will receive a Calloway's gift certificate.
