ABOUT US

The mission of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Homeowners' Association is to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of the Bentley Village - Waterchase Estates neighborhoods and to enhance the quality of life and property values for the residents. We work toward this mission under the BV-WHA Bylaws last emended in October 2007.

The BV-WHA neighborhood is defined on the west by Randol Mill Road and on the south by John T. White Road. It also includes all properties on Racquet Club Drive and all properties on Hasten Court, Waterchase Drive, Waterchase Circle, and Claycourt Circle. Our general area is bordered on the north by the West Fork of the Trinity River, the east by Village Creek, the south by I-30, and the west by Eastchase Parkway.

The Village Community Development Company began developing this neighborhood in 1975, with the first homes completed in 1976/77. The Bentley Village-Waterchase area was slow to develop because of poor access. Once new roads opened, several builders of luxury homes moved in. Custom homes are still being constructed here today. Styles range from one-story ranch and contemporary homes to two story traditional, neo-colonial and Tudor.
