BV-WHA Member Only List:
The first list provides the ability for current dues-paying members to send broadcast e-mail to all other current dues-paying members of the association. This list will also receive security notices, BV-WHA event notices, newsletters, and monthly garden tips from Calloway's Nursery. The e-mail address for this list is bvha@bvhomeowners.com.
Although postings by members to the list are not moderated, i.e., approved prior to distribution, we do request that you follow these simple guidelines:
- Ensure the posting is in the best interests of all recipients (e.g., security issues, lost pets, etc.);
- No vulgarity or items in poor taste;
- No sales or marketing solicitations;
- No religious or political theme notices;
- Do not overuse the privilege or members will disregard too many posts;
- Be concise, maximum size 200 words
Members ignoring these guidelines will have their ability to post to the list discontinued after a second offense.
Residents List (includes members and non-members):
The second list includes all homeowners within the Bentley Village-Waterchase Homeowners Association boundaries. This list includes both dues-paying members and non-members. Postings to this list will be infrequent and reserved for special notices.
Posting to this list is only available to the members of the BV-WHA Board. Other postings by those on the list will be moderated/approved before being sent on to the full list. The address for this list is residents@bvhomeowners.com. The same guidelines apply as on the BV-WHA Members Only section above.
Neither of these lists is for "blogging", but were created to provide information and notices to recipients. We also do not share our e-mail lists with anyone.
NOTE: We encourage all Bentley Village and Waterchase Estates homeowners to join the BV-WHA, but if you choose not join BV-WHA, please send your e-mail address to bvwha@earthlink.net so we can keep you informed of neighborhood-wide issues.
