If you live with in the Bentley Village-Waterchase Estates boundaries and are not currently a member, then please join your neighbors in the association.
The main goals of the BV-WHA are to improve the neighborhood, maintain property values, and develop a strong working relationship with the city government in pursuit of these goals. The more members we have the better we can address the needs and concerns of our neighborhood.
It only takes a few minutes to join. Start by downloading this membership application. Complete the form and then mail it to our Post Office box (mailing address is on the form). If you'd like to deliver your member form with payment to a board member, please contact us at bvwha@earthlink.net and we will make arrangements. The annual fee is $100; $50 for homeowners over 65. Our membership year is from October 1 thru September 30. (BV-WHA does not prorate dues.)
Volunteers are always needed and very welcome to plan and execute social and meeting activities during the year. Sign-up is available on the member application form. We encourage you to participate in one or more of these neighborhood-building activities. If you are already a member have an event you want to work on, please contact us at bvwha@earthlink.net.
