JOIN THE ASSOCIATION
If you live with in the Bentley Village-Waterchase Estates boundaries and are not currently a member, then please consider joining your neighbors in the association.
The main goals of the association are to improve the neighborhood, maintain property values, and develop a strong working relationship with the city government in pursuit of these goals. The more members we have the better we can address the needs and concerns of our neighborhood.
It only takes a few minutes to join. Start by downloading the entry
form.
Complete the form and then mail it to the association Post Office box (mailing
address is on the form) or deliver it to one of the association officers. The annual fee is $100; $50 for homeowners over 65.

- Greet people -- look up when you're walking
- Sit on your front porch
- Garden together
- Dance in the street
- Talk to the mail carrier
- Help carry something heavy
- Organize a block party
- Ask for help when you need it
- Take part in neighborhood events
- Share your skills
- Know that no one is silent though many are not heard -- work to change this
